Training Approach
Our programmes are Instructor led and designed to meet organisational needs through our experiential approach to learning. Our training delivery methodology consists of presentations, use of audio/visual materials, case scenarios, group and individual exercises. Interactive discussions and syndicate sessions give delegates an opportunity to share their perspectives and air their views and concerns about workplace issues that hinder team cohesion, resonance and invariably productivity. Physical team activities and role play are also used to reinforce learning where appropriate.
Location
We run our training programmes and retreats using third party facilities like Hotels, Conference Centres and Holiday Resorts both locally and internationally. We pride ourselves in sourcing out the best, taking into account the need for a conducive environment for learning, needs of our client’s and ease of access.
Feedback
We are committed to ensuring that the impact of our interventions with your organisation is captured in a way that is meaningful and brings about positive change to your business. A detailed report is produced at the end of each programme, highlighting issues from interactive and syndicate sessions for managements’ attention/intervention. A communication we hope will greatly aid management in their strategic planning and decision making process, on how best to resolve these issues/challenges, plan for the future and create a conducive work environment for peak performance.
Cost
Our pre-designed programmes are priced per person and are usually negotiable based on the number of participants. Where specialised programmes are designed, the cost will be communicated in a collaborative way once there is an approval in principle for the workshop to take place. Strategy Retreat Facilitations are charged at a daily rate. Our consultancy services are charged based on the establishment of the scope of work. Please note, in the event that a delegate fails to attend a scheduled programme, fees are none refundable.
